Zayak AI Limited ("Zayak AI", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information through zayakai.nz, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
- Details you give us through our contact form or by email: your name, work email, phone number, business name and your message.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, such as pages viewed and approximate location, collected in aggregate without advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
- To provide, set up and support services you ask us for.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to these purposes without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run our business: with our technology partner Artidev Labs (the maker of Quikwit) when you request a demo or service, and with service providers that host the website and deliver form submissions by email. Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected in a way comparable to the Privacy Act 2020.
How we keep it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email contact@zayakai.nz. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
